This challenge includes: ✅ Trim-exclusive workouts — slightly spicier than our usual programming ✅ Custom macros based on your goals ✅ Weekly cardio guidance ✅ Macro-friendly recipes ✅ Daily education + encouragement from me inside this group ✅ A supportive, motivating community to keep you consistent You’ll train 5 days/week (with guidance on how to scale back to 3 or 4 days) with strength-based workouts, each ending with optional cardio finishers to fire things up. 👯‍♀️ Members and non-members are welcome! 💥 Sign-ups open 8/25.
